“Living in Downtown Providence at the Peerless Building is great and made only the better by having the best concierge service at the Westminster Lofts.
With so many cool local businesses, fantastic restaurants
and a thriving art community, along with the staff of Westminster Lofts taking care of everything else, what more could you Westminster Lofts and Apartments in Providence, RIpossibly need?!”

“The Peerless Building has been my home since 2006. Surprisingly, it has everything that I would ever want in my living space. The building is chic, smart, and zippy, and has sprawling and spacious lofts with wood beams, brick walls, and cutting-edge kitchen decor. It is smack in the middle of Downcity near shops, restaurants, and Providence events.

The building itself is an architectural gem. What born shopper wouldn’t like living in a restored department store? I especially enjoy the roof garden with its spectacular views; the atrium which stretches up to a skylighted roof with its ever-changing mix of light and darkness; the sweeping city view from my windows. I love walking to dinner at Tazza, Cuban Revolution, and Viva Mexico, going clothes shopping at Clover and Queen of Hearts, and being steps away from Kennedy Plaza’s RIPTA, Greyhound, and Peter Pan buses.

The residents are a diverse and interesting blend of people, uncommonly nice, people you wouldn’t mind being stuck in an elevator with; and, speaking of elevators, Peerless’s is a thrill, being glassed in and looking out on the atrium and passing floors. The staff and maintenance personnel are exceptional: professional, efficient, accessible, attentive, friendly. Like the residents, they are an amazing cast of characters, each with a unique talent for taking good care of us.

This is THE place to live downtown. Unlike the sterile and generic rental options available, The Westminster Lofts are the only residences with both bling AND soul.”

“Peerless is a cool industrial style building in a great location with an easy walk to downtown restaurants, coffee shops, bars, theaters, library, rail station, medical facilities etc. But the most important feature is the concierge staff, security, maintenance and garage staff, home-badge1all of whom are courteous, fast to respond, and who go the extra mile to provide service.”

“We [moved to Westminster Lofts because we] wanted more of a city feel… We loved the East Side, but it felt too suburban to our taste. The rooftop is one of our favorite amenities – that’s what determined our reason to move here. We love the open space and the huge windows that give us lots of natural light in addition of a great view of downtown.

Flan y Ajo tapas restaurant is downstairs and is perfect when we are homesick, it’s nice to have a little taste of Europe on our own block.”

I’ve lived in the Westminster Lofts for over 13 years and I’ve truly enjoyed it! I love the open space of my loft, the views, and the walkability to nearby bars and shops (The Red Fez, The Salon, Eno Fine Wines, and the mall to name a few).  The rooftop deck on the Peerless building is also a nice perk. The lofts are in such a great central location – you can easily walk to the West Side, Federal Hill, the Jewelry District, College Hill, and even Fox Point. The landscape downtown has really developed over the years, and it’s now a vibrant little neighborhood in Providence. A great choice if you love urban living.”

“We were moving from New York City to Providence and wanted to live in a community that had instant access to the best restaurants and entertainment in the city.  I also work between Boston, NYC and Philly and having Amtrak less than five minutes away is a huge plus.  It was also important to live in close proximity to Rhode Island Hospital and Brown University.

The garden rooftop and the underground parking were two huge selling points for us.  Having a glass of wine after a long day of work on the rooftop is the perfect end to the day.  During the winter months the indoor parking is extremely convenient with easy access to your vehicle at all times.

The first time we walked into our apartment we fell in love with the wrap around windows and the natural sunlight.  We love the open floor plan and exposed ceilings that comes with loft living.  Lastly, we have amazing views of downtown Providence.  There’s never a dull moment in Downcity.”
