The
Alice Building, located at 236 Westminster Street, is a seven-story
classical revival structure that was built in 1898 by rubber
baron Joseph Banigan and named for his daughter.

Each of the 38 residential LOFTS of the Alice Building offers a unique layout,
with between 750 and 2,000 square feet of floor space. Some of the seventh
floor LOFTS feature a mezzanine level. Rents start at $1000.

The Peerless Building houses underground parking with sixty-seven spaces. Also, there is parking available at Grant's Block. Grant's Block outdoor lot is located adjacent to the Alice Building at the corner of Westminster and Clemence Street.
